App Marketing for GO
The Austrian-backed insurtech, CHERRISK, also launched a lifestyle companion app dubbed GO. Our goal with the app was to show that living a healthier life can pay off in several ways. This application aims to motivate people by rewarding cycling, walking, running, and even distraction-free driving with virtual cherries. These could then be exchanged for goodies like coupons and other goods.
This gamification also had another goal: to help users lower their risks, for example, by promoting safe driving. This was also beneficial for the main insurance product.
My team was also responsible for user activation and retention, content creation, and in-app messaging. The app had 100s of thousands of users by the time I left CHERRISK.
