CHERRISK GTM and Expansion
Around 2016, the leading insurance group of CEE, UNIQA, decided to fund an insurtech start-up to revolutionize the market, first in Hungary. The goal was to make insurance as simple to take out as buying a plane ticket or booking a hotel. Two years later, CHERRISK officially launched, with the first wave of other insurtech trailblazers.
As a member of CHERRISK's strategic leadership team, I had a key role in the Hungarian and German GTMs and coordinated content and ad production for our insurtech and health tech products.
I also played a crucial part in building a high-performing team for the German and Hungarian markets and started the hiring of a Whitelabel team for Romania, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
